[it really, really doesn't take a lot of guesses. Nara'a's voice may be strangled and struggling, but given his encounters recently? there's no doubt when he processes what he's receiving.]
Nara'a. [when the sound cuts off, louder:] Nara'a. [in earnest, to both him, the omen, whatever's transmitting:] Give me your location! Before you hurt someone! I'm coming-!
[There's no response for a minute. Maybe even two? It's hard to tell as the silence stretches on and on. But eventually a soft, neutral voice comes back over the connection.]
He's too far gone. But if you're willing to risk your life against what might be called the sixth and greatest lightwarden, I will not stop you.
[The 'screen' blinks on, a crude map drawn in the dirt. He hasn't gone too far, it looks like... just hidden in the remains of an old building. The omen-screen looks up, revealing a... well, it's hard to tell. It might have been an outpost building of some kind itself, but it's impossible to know what it was used for. The towerlike structure shakes as something inside slams into the wall and roars.]
[Or is 'screams' a better word? It's somewhat of both, a painful mix of humanoid and animal. The walls shake again, and the omen looks down at his paws and the map.]

[Voice] un: killsthelight
[When he does speak, it's clear it's Nara'a talking to his omen... but his voice is wrong. Rougher and deeper, an almost bestial sound.]
Tell him... tell him to forget... about -
[He coughs, and there's the sound of something spattering, hitting the ground in clumps.]
... Tell him to not... come after me... it's too dangerous...
If... if he's hearing this... Manabu... I'm s -
[He breaks into another coughing fit, more spattering. The transmission cuts off.]
